The full cast

Take Olympus is Betsoft’s only Olympus game here, released on 18 February 2021. It has 5 reels and 50 paylines, and it puts more gods to work than any other game in the catalogue. Most Olympus slots hire one god.

Betsoft’s start screen hangs 5 portraits in gold frames side by side. Apollo draws his bow, Poseidon raises a trident against blue water and Zeus takes the middle frame with his fist up in a purple storm. Hades has fire and Cerberus at his feet, and Aphrodite wears white among green leaves. Behind them a temple crowns a rocky hill under pink cloud and lightning, with a stone statue and an eagle on the left. Apollo and Aphrodite turn up in no other game on this site.

The cycle

Every god here has a job. The god in charge changes every 10 spins, picked at random and never the same one twice in a row, and marks its symbols as the spins go by. When its 10 spins are up, that god pays out its power. Wilds come from Apollo, free respins from Poseidon, a multiplier from Hades and mystery boxes from Aphrodite.

Zeus is the wild himself. A Zeus 4 symbols tall, with the other 4 gods on the reels at the same time, starts 10 free spins. Betsoft’s news adds Allfather’s Grace, where Zeus borrows the power of whichever god rules the reels. The gift might be at least 5 wilds or 5 mystery symbols, heavy multipliers or more free spins. You’ll want the tall one.

In most of Play’n GO’s Rise of Olympus games, a spin that pays nothing calls in one of 3 brothers. Take Olympus passes it on a clock, every 10 spins, between 4 gods, with Zeus above the rota. It’s the same idea of gods on duty, run by a timer instead of a losing spin.

Regulars on the slot floor used to swear a machine paid out on a schedule. None of the cabinets I ran ever did. Take Olympus is the one game here that really keeps a timetable, since a God Event lands every 10 spins. What it pays is still up to the reels.

The one figure

Betsoft prints a single RTP for Take Olympus, 95.49%, on the game’s page, and the free demo returned the same figure on 30 September 2026. Betsoft lists no other version. The page also rates the game Low for volatility and counts 36.35% of spins as paying ones, a figure few studios print.

Now, 95.49% sits under the 96.50% of Gates of Olympus and above the 94.00% of Goals of Olympus BoltLock. The biggest win, 2,328x the stake in the release news, is the lowest cap on this site, and it suits a game rated Low. Betsoft publishes no stake range, so every win here is told in multiples of your stake.

Nothing is for sale either. Take Olympus has no bought bonus and no ante, and every free spin has to be won on the reels. You can’t pay to meet Zeus sooner.

The half point

How the Reviews Work rewards a god who works with half a point, and here 5 of them share it. Start with the start screen. It tells you who does what before the first spin.
