Olympus Slots with a Super Scatter

A super scatter helps open the free spins and pays a prize of its own on that spin. Olympus Wins pays 100,000x when 4 of them open the round together.

The scatter with a prize

An ordinary scatter opens the free spins. A super scatter does that job too and adds an instant prize on the spin that opens the round. The prize grows with every extra super scatter in your trigger. The round itself is the usual one.

Now, the prize isn’t a gift either. It sits inside the game’s published RTP like every other win, so a super scatter lifts the cap and leaves the percentage alone. Gates of Olympus prints 96.50% with a 5,000x cap, and Gates of Olympus Super Scatter the same 96.50% with 50,000x. The extra noughts come out of the same return.

The god on the trigger

All 3 Olympus games here with super scatters come from Pragmatic Play. In Gates of Olympus Super Scatter at least 4 scatters of either kind have to open the free spins. 1 super scatter among them pays 100x, 2 pay 500x, 3 pay 5,000x and all 4 pay 50,000x. Zeus has moved to the left of the grid for this one. His face is still on the plain scatter tile.

The super scatter only counts on that opening spin and doesn’t turn up inside the free spins. The ante lifts your stake to 1.5x and puts more of them on the reels. Measured against the raised stake, the demo counts the cap as 33,334x when the ante runs, the same money as 50,000x of the base. The 2 bought rounds describe 4 to 6 plain scatters on the bought spin and don’t say a word about super scatters. Buy the round, and you may skip the symbol the game is named after.

Olympus Wins goes further. Its studio page opens by naming it Olympus Wins Super Scatter. A round opened with super scatters pays 50x, 500x, 5,000x or 100,000x for 1, 2, 3 or 4 of them. The intro screen shows a grinning cartoon Zeus with lightning in his hand. A line below him promises up to 100,000x with up to 4 super scatters, next to a small icon with a lightning bolt. The god poses, and the super scatters do the work.

The game opens its free spins with 3 scatters, 10 spins plus 2 for each extra one, and the round turns every symbol on reel 3 gold. The 100,000x is also the game’s cap. Pragmatic Play’s intro screen marks Olympus Wins low volatility. The low mark is about your usual spin. The cap is the far end.

Gates of Olympus POP gives its super scatters another job. On its 3 by 5 grid any 3 scatters, plain or super, open 15 free spins. 1 to 3 super scatters in that trigger pay one of 3 jackpots, the 50x Snap, the 500x Spark or the 25,000x Burst. There the super scatter is the key to the jackpots.

The bigger caps

Pragmatic Play has 2 ways of raising a cap. Gates of Olympus 1000 and Gates of Olympus 2500 carry bigger multipliers, up to 1,000x and 2,500x, and stop at 15,000x and 25,000x. The 2 super scatter games put one prize on one spin instead. At $1 a spin those caps come to $15,000 and $25,000, against $50,000 and $100,000 for the super scatter pair. All 4 print between 96.50% and 96.52%.

The carrier games

Gates of Olympus Super Scatter came out on 28 April 2025. Its demo rules print 96.50%, and the studio page prints none. Olympus Wins carries a page dated 27 August 2025 and the same 96.50%. POP followed on 31 August 2026, with 96.54% on Pragmatic Play’s page against 97.05% inside its demo. The first is marked medium volatility and the other 2 low. A super scatter changes the far end of your game, never its percentage.

Dates, caps and prizes here come from Pragmatic Play’s own pages, news and demo rules, the documents How the Reviews Work names.
