Vikings Olympus Slots

Only one Olympus slot in this catalogue brings an army from the north. In Vikings Go To Olympus the Norse raiders have to fight the Greek gods for every wild.

The northmen

The Vikings were seafarers from Scandinavia who raided and traded along the coasts and rivers of Europe from the late 8th century to the 11th. Their own myths had Odin, Thor and the hall of Valhalla, and no Greek god turns up in them. A viking on Olympus isn’t in any saga. Yggdrasil made one up and turned it into a war.

The raiding party

Vikings Go To Olympus came out on 24 April 2025, and its launch news calls the vikings Yggdrasil’s iconic warriors. On the intro screen a red-haired warrior woman guards the respin tile, with green war paint across her eyes and a round shield. The gods hold the middle of that screen. Zeus and Poseidon glare out of an orange storm sky with light in their eyes. Yggdrasil’s own art takes the fight out to sea, where a temple crowns a rocky island in a storm. The raiders are the guests here.

The fights

Now, the vikings do the work in this game, and the gods are their opponents. Poseidon is the enemy in the base game, where any scatter calls up a Wild Fight respin. A viking who fights can come out of it as a sticky wild, and with 2 scatters those wilds start at 2x. Every viking also gathers coins for his Rage meter. Once it’s full he goes Berzerk, and the free spins get more likely. You’re cheering for the raiders.

3 or more scatters carry the fight up to Mount Olympus for the free spins. Zeus meets the vikings on every spin of the round, and a Berzerk viking wins every one of those fights. From then on each new sticky wild pushes the multipliers of the earlier ones up by 1. The page on sticky wilds follows that feature across the catalogue.

The figures

The game comes in 2 versions, at 96.00% and 90.50%, and Yggdrasil rates it medium-high. It plays on 5 reels and 4 rows, stakes run from $0.10 to $100, and the biggest win is 6,000x your stake. A bought bonus exists in some markets, with no price printed. Yggdrasil also made Goals of Olympus BoltLock, but no vikings play in it. This theme has one game so far.

The fights count as real work under the scoring rules on How the Reviews Work. Your wilds have to be won from the gods.
